Do I need a fully formed project brief?+
No. Bring the problem, your audience and any constraints. Discovery helps turn that into a realistic scope and next step.
How are pricing and timelines decided?+
After understanding scope, content, integrations, data and feedback needs. Deliverables, costs and dependencies are agreed before the build.
Can you help decide whether AI is appropriate?+
Yes. Start with data quality, the actual task and how success will be measured. A simpler workflow or conventional software may be the better solution. AI pilots need evaluation and clear review boundaries.
What happens after launch?+
Deployment, documentation and handover are included according to the agreed scope. Ongoing changes, maintenance, hosting responsibility and response expectations are defined separately.
Who owns the code and project assets?+
Ownership, repository access and handover are specified in the project agreement. Third-party tools, fonts and assets retain their respective licence terms.
